  5. @Jill, gypsy and apples: thank you for your kind words.

    @apples: Um...I just set the camera to Tv (camera sets aperture, you set shutter speed), turned the wheel thingy on the top of the camera one click at a time and took approximately 471 pictures of the same scene before getting this one. It took seven bowls of cereal. No, really. So, short story is, I guess I haven't learned, I was just lucky.

  8. Serendipity? Seriously?? (Well, beyond a keen eye for the moment, the light, composition, sublime banal wonder, etc). It's an exquisite shot, worth every last dirty bowl :)
